Senior Staff Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The senior accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with AP & AR processes, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations and analyses.
• Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger as needed.
• Have a complete understanding of AP & AR processes to assist in day-to-day transactions.
• Work closely with the accounting team and other departments throughout the organization.
• Provide support for special projects, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Performs other accounting-related duties to support the department as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Solid clerical expertise
• Strong people and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must have a great personality and sense of humor.
